Toast 4 slices of multigrain bread in toaster. Drop a tbsp of soft sheep's cheese or curd on each one without spreading it. Sprinkle a pinc of peper d'espellete over. Strip the leaves off a small sprig of thyme and rosemary and distribute them over each tartine.
Cut 8 fresh figs into slices and arrange them in the tartine. on each one drizzle a tsp of mountain honey. Then cut slices of machego cheese and distibute over each tartine. serve imidiately.
