Because we are in difficult times, and apart of that I wasn’t exactly of the persons that through away food yesterday I made ice cream with left overs.
My inspiration was this pastry cream I made the other night which didn’t become as solid as it should, so I decided to turned it into an ice cream. Last summer I laso made home fig jam from the figs of the garden of the cottage and kept it slightly not very sweet as I wanted it to accompany cheeses. So I got the idea to form ice Fig. Well as they told me it was a success! Well as you know all you need to do is to put the cream into the ice cream maker machine and add several tablespoons fig jam. You can try any fig jam you like and if you really try this ice cream please let me know your impressions.
